Minnesota New Country School

Minnesota New Country School is inspired by students and collaboratively designed and run by our teachers and support staff. We secure the autonomy to make decisions in a wide array of areas that influence school success, such as the learning program, budget, evaluating colleagues, selecting personnel, and more. This means no superintendent or principal.

MNCS Operates by Several Teams

PDP Teams (that focus on program and academic) and Site Based Teams (Operations and Management) such as: Art & Literature, Health & Wellness, Nutrition & Compost, PBL, Finance, Personnel, Career/Future/Tech Ed, Supporting Students Together, Outreach, Transportation, Building, Academic Assessment, Q-Comp, Math, Reading, HS/Elem Connections, along with Sophomore, Junior and Senior Teams.
