2021 Senior Presentation Night

Please join us for 2021 Senior Presentations  "In-person" and "Online" presentations will be live streamed (as long as technology works)!  Use and feel free to share the following link to attend:  meet.google.com/nia-rjxb-cow

  • The meet host will let you into the presentation as soon as possible

  • Please remember to mute your microphone and turn off your camera., so we won't distract presenters and other attendees.

For students presenting in person:

In person presentations will take place at the high school building, but there are some COVID protocols we all need to follow so that our seniors can have the opportunity to present their projects in person. Protocols include separate entrances and exits to limit cross traffic, face coverings, and we will need some time to follow sanitation protocols between presenters.

  • In person attendance will be limited to the family/families of each presenter and some staff.

  • Please plan on arriving 10 minutes early for your student’s presentation. You will be asked to wait in the north parking lot vestibule area until the previous presenter’s attendees have cleared out. A staff member will let you know when you’re able to enter the atrium and be seated.

  • After your student’s presentation has ended, you will need to exit the building through the north door near the bathrooms. 

  • Face coverings are required by everyone inside the building. If you are not comfortable wearing a face covering, do not plan on attending.

We will attempt to livestream all in person presentations, but sometimes technology doesn’t cooperate, so we can’t guarantee that a livestream will be available for each student. More information on the livestream will be sent out later next week.

For students presenting online 

Online presentations will be held via google meet.
