These capstone projects involve 300+ hours of work, and the students are also required to give a 30 minute public presentation about their project. Ultimately, each senior project should make an excellent example of what project based learning is all about, and should include contributions from multiple subjects, the assistance of one or more community experts, and the final product should be something of lasting importance that will contribute to the future development of both the student and the community.
